TRANSCRIBE EXHIBITION — This exhibition showcased the outcomes of the program "Transcribe: Participatory Actions in Braga's Social Housing Estates," developed by Space Transcribers for Braga’s City Council. Over the course of a year, the program unfolded through six distinct moments, engaging with the communities of Braga's three social neighbourhoods through artistic and interventional practices.

The curatorial challenge lay in giving equal prominence to these six diverse actions while carefully selecting archival and research content, alongside the artistic outputs produced during each practice. The result was a complex, dense, and multifaceted exhibition, aiming to reflect the richness of the year-long program.
The exhibition design was developed to present this information in a clear and accessible way for visitors. Considering the particularities of the venue – an abandoned factory – the project also prioritized ease of assembly and disassembly to allow for potential itinerancy, while working within budget constraints. To achieve this, I repurposed standard supports typically used for musical instruments, adapting them into versatile structures that accommodated the variety of content on display.
